Jeremy is the co-founder, Chief Executive Officer, and lead Organizational Leadership PRO for Proclesia. With a pastoral heart and entrepreneurial mind, Jeremy passionately serves the church by walking alongside the local body to create work environments that champion leadership growth, encourage personal development, and achieve organizational goals. Jeremy believes that local churches can be "agents of change" in not only their communities but in the lives of their most valuable asset... their people!
Previously, Jeremy led campus operations as a pastor at one of the largest churches in America, which was named the Glassdoor “Employees’ Choice #1 Best Place to Work;” he also engineered the organizational and developmental strategy as an executive leader of a rapidly growing church in Texas. Additionally, Jeremy developed the commercial division of a top-rated real estate brokerage, which he continues to lead as a broker-associate. For over 20 years, Jeremy has served numerous churches as a coach, a consultant, a communicator, and a content creator.
Jeremy and Heather have been married for nearly 20 years after meeting in college as four-year letter winners in football and softball, respectively. They have two daughters who, like their parents, excel academically and athletically. As a family, they actively serve in the local church and community.

Felecia is the Chief People Officer and lead Human Resources PRO for Proclesia. With an intimate understanding of church culture, language, and staff, Felecia equips churches with effective and comprehensive human resource strategies that engage and develop employees, integrate advanced performance management systems, and enhance overall organizational objectives. Felecia believes that faith-based organizations that have mission-centric human resource strategies that honor employees will experience increased operational proficiency and enhanced organizational reputation.
Felecia serves as the chief human resources officer at a historic megachurch that routinely is named a “best Christian workspace.” Felecia oversees human resources strategy, including talent management, business partnership, compensation, benefits, employee relations, culture development, and organizational health. Prior to her role in the church, Felecia served as a regional human resources director for the warehouse club retail stores of a multinational retail corporation. Felecia continues to leverage her more than 25 years of human resources experience to serve churches across the nation.
Felecia and George have been married for over two decades. Both actively serve in their church, fraternal organizations, and college alumni groups. The couple enjoys time on the beach, relaxing at the spa, listening to music, and quality time with family.

Harrison is the co-founder, Chief Visionary Officer, and lead Legal and Compliance PRO for Proclesia. With an acute understanding of the legal issues and challenges specific to religious organizations, Harrison provides practical and wise counsel to churches that advance their missions, protect their religious freedom, and manage legal risk. Harrison believes that a strong legal foundation empowers the church to more excellently pursue the Great Commission.
Harrison is the founding principal of a law firm dedicated to serving the unique needs of nonprofit organizations, religious institutions, and purpose-driven small businesses. Prior to establishing his firm, Harrison represented corporate and nonprofit entities as employment and trial counsel at nationally recognized law firms. Additionally, following a call into ministry, Harrison served on the staff of two churches while attending Dallas Theological Seminary.
Harrison and Amanda have been married for seven years. Together, they are the proud parents of three wonderful (and energetic) children, and grateful to have loved another. As a family, they love sports and the outdoors, and they are invested in serving in their local church and in local organizations advocating and caring for local youth, college athletes, and survivors of sexual exploitation.
